Great hotel, great breakfast, great location
It was clean, staff ver pleasant and helpful, had tea and coffee in the room, the breakfast was also great for good price.
Excellent service, friendly stuff, very well located, clean and confortable rooms with free minibar, easy access to city center so no need for public transport, very good breakfast. I recommended it.

The front desk personnel were wonderful. Our room was changed right away when we asked for a larger one, and Leticia made dinner reservations for our party when I was unable to do so on the web.

Friendly and helpful staff in the hotel who have a good knowledge of Madrid. The location of the hotel is excellent very central for exploring the city centre on foot and witha metro station just outside the hotel for people who don't wish to walk. Breakfast buffet is superb and the breakfast room staff are friendly and efficient. this is the second time that we have stayed in the hotel. great!
Location, room facilities, staff were helpful and well informative aboutthe activities in Madrid.
The notable prostitutes all around the hotel area, I was supprised thatthey are there day and night, and in high numbers.
1. I was able to check in early, which was very handy arriving directly from the USA with all my luggage. 2. proximity to Metro stop

Central location, big room, free minibar albeit soft drinks and beers, a very handy and welcome service, wonderful comfortable beds, free safe, great welcoming staff, glass elavators looking into a central atrium, soundproof rooms, iron and trouser press, all in all a great place to stay, highly recommended!
Only the fact that we couldnot get any english speaking channels on the TV which we were told we would get, but we survived!

The hotel was very central. We used the Metro from the airport and the Metro stop was outside the front door. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. We were there for a special ocassion and were given a room on the top floor with agreat view of the city. The hotel also supplied a free bottle of champagne to us. The hotel was excellent. The location was central and within walking distance to all the places of interest.

During the booking, I mentionned this trip was our wedding anniversary celebration and they made our stay very special, we got upgraded to the top floor suite, with champagne, fruits and free mini-bar

Although very well sound proofed you still can hear the police cars on Gran Via which would be the same for any other hotel on this main road. So if your after a very quiet night central Madrid is not the place to be.
Friendliness of the staff,location of the hotel and Breakfast. Hotel laid on a free bottle of cava for our 25th wedding anniversary. Nice touch.Very much appreciated.No hesitation in staying here again.
