My wife left her diamond ring and a watch behind as we rush to the
airport. The watch has some value but the ring was expensive. We would
never expected to get our ring and watch back. To our surprises, when we
ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our
items and he will send them back to us. Without saying a lot, this
actions from Juan and his staffs had said how much wonderful they are.
We are so much appreciate their honesty and they are very well

The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out. A very nice place to stay in Madrid - close to everything - within walking distance. Thorkild Panduro Thrane P.S. I've already recommended the place to friends on Facabook.
Big rooms with all the facilities needed e.g. toaster, refridgerator. The room was very clean.
It was very near to the Noviciado metro station and there was also a 24 hrs supermarket nearby. Great value for money!.
Ideal location for the shops and bars (we were on a hen weekend) and great to have so many friends able to stay in the same room.

Half a block to the metro station and walking distance to central shopping area and many neighborhood restaurants. Roomy enough, very clean, and well laid-out. Balconies and terrace nice and excellent light blocking from the drapes. Staff responded immediately to correct problem with hot water. Had a wonderful time in Madrid and found the location very convenient.
Location is great, good sized bathroom. Sofa bed was made up of single mattresses which was good.
Clean and comfortable, but only furniture apart from large bed is a dining table and four chairs.

Door and windows are not sound-proofing so you could hear other people talk and walk at night but this will not be a problem when using earplugs.
It wasn't completely clean - some stains on sheets and dirty floor/walls, but for the price we'd definitely go back.
there was no kettle in the kitchen, so to make a hot drink we had to boil water in a pan. having to wait over 30 mins for someone to come to let us in even though we had given a time we would be there. also that for a apartment that sleeps 6 there was only 1 set of keys for the whole group. which when we first got them had the wrong key to let us into the apartment block. so had to wait again for some one to come back and change the key.

Could use a few more lamps for more attractive ambiance. Seemed a little spartan and bare with wall/ceiling lights at one per room with just the one bedroom lamp upstairs. Maybe two or three more pictures on the walls would make a big difference.
Was not provided with any pillowcases,took staff almost 24 hours to fix this after numerous phone calls. Couldn't sleep on pillows without them as the pillows were filthy. Kitchen was not very well equipped for an apartment.
Poor response from the keyholders - had to wait for a considerable time in busy street for the keyholder to arrive, having previously telephoned and arranged to meet at a certain time - 4:00 pm Eventually he arrived by metro train.
No equipment or m/wave in kitchenette for making coffee/tea, or heating food. No bedside lighting.
Need to advise the car height for car park, friends van didn't fit
Also front door key needs sorting as can't open properly have to jiggle the key around alot
No laundry facility, try having a communal laundry space, esp for kids clothes who change alot.
Very noisy. No laundry. There was only one glass in the kitchen. Lounge
area looked ugly. Only Spanish tv channels.
The sheets that were supposed to be in the rooms where already used with the previous customer's hair on them.
Apartment was horrible. We had an apartment that looked like it was
previously used as a receptionist office. It had a hot water heater and
fire hose in the main living room. The couches/beds were dirty. The
bathroom looked nice, but smelled of sewage from the sink. Plus the
staff was unfriendly and lazy. We stayed in 3 other apartments during
our trip this was by far the worst. I would not recommend this place,
especially for parties of 5 people (our room was specifically for
groups of 5-6).
