Although the hostel have simple furniture and no breakfast, we still feel comfortable to stay in this hostel since good values of the price. The location is right in the city center, and it has lots of restaurants, stores and attractions. All the distances you can reach just by walking. We save lots of money on tickets since the transportation is much expensive in Madrid. Also, the worker (or maybe manger) is super funny and friendly. He speaks English with a Spanish accent, a little bit diffic.
所有评语 » I've stayed at many hostels all around Spain by now, about 4 of them in Madrid alone, and this was by far one of THE best service we've ever had. Super clean. The price for the location is unbeatable. The Wifi was great. Outstanding service by attendant who assisted us. At one point I forgot my cell phone on the couch in the little lobby and he picked it up and left in our room with a note. How he knew it was ours, no idea. (Maybe process of elimination.) But so glad he did! Will definitely go . -Angel, the proprietor was very friendly and helpful when we had any questions about Madrid. -As the other reviews suggest, the location is excellent. I would like to reiterate how great the location was for my first trip to Madrid. -Rooms were clean and comfortable, phenomenal value. Loved the hotel, the management was really friendly and helpful. It is right in the middle of everything in the city, perfect! It is also really quiet. I will use this hotel the next time I'm in Madrid, for sure. The room was a good size, fantastic location for Madrid City Centre. The room and bathroom was very clean. Maid service good, which I didn't expect in a hostal. The owner of the hotel and the service The location. Location, cost and quietness... location clean helpful staff. The location... just a block away from Puerto do Sol and the metro. Lots of wonderful restaurants below. The bathroom is a little bit small, and hook for the shower faucet when showing. The shower head doesn't have a holder. But, really, couldn't complain as everything else is really good. It was a little tricky to locate at first. Only one power socket in the room. Wall is very thin and there is a young kid who gets up very early. No complaints. Our room was a bit small, but it worth every penny we paid for it and even more. The towels were too thin. The shower curtain -- it kept on due to static electricity touching us while showering... there is a simple fix. when we arrived, there was no staff member able to speak english, so check-in was quite difficult. The tiny bathroom... to shower was a challenge. The tub is exceptionally small and the hand shower was difficult for such a small space. But everything else was nice.
