  The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

  We liked many, many things about these apartments. We stayed here for three nights prior to beginning a two week tour of Spain, so it was wonderful to be able to start our tour out with all clean clothes (due to nice washer/dryer).   The location is just great. 5 min away from plaza del sol is the better start point for to reach all the attractions and, as it's the hart of the city you can fell how is it alive right there.   A superb city centre location, just off the Plaza del Sol, with a Spar convenience store opposite. Plenty of communal living space, and the bedrooms all a good size with wardrobes and hangers.
