  The woman at the front desk was very nice and accomidating. The area was perfect. Shopping is wonderful if you walk around the area. The metro is literally a block away (which means a short 45 second walk). We found the area ideal, as we would hop on the metro and see all the sites.   This is a real hotel, not a B&B. They have 24 hour desk coverage, secure luggage storage, a few vending machines, and their own cafeteria which we did not take advantage of.   We loved this apartment. My 2 friends and I decided we wanted the flexibility of having our own kitchen & a bedroom/sleeping space separate from living space. The apartment was perfect for 3 of us and the manager arranged for an extra single bed to go in the bedroom, so we could all sleep in the back of the apartment.
