It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. ... 别人怎么说 » er hotel staff were all quite incredibly helpful - Excellent location, very close to the Prado and the Royal Palace as well. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.

Third stay in 2 weeks. Only comment is that the rooms seem to differ considerably in terms of size, especially bathroom. First room (203) bathroom and room were average size.
