  My friend g and I went to visit friends, in the 1st week of December over the double bank holidays. We have both been to Madrid before. G speaks some Spanish, I don'T.We booked separately. I had a single room + ensuite shower, washbasin but no toilet. He had a twin bed room with washbasin but no toilet or shower. WiFi in room was very welcome and unexpected in a small pension like this one. The hosts, husband and wife, spoke only Spanish but were very friendly and helpful. The decor of this pension is a jump back in time by at least 50 years, if you like that sort of thing (which I did).

  Perfect! We stayed in the studio apartment right in Plaza Puerto de Moros and everything about this location was fantastic! The rental price was also a great value for the location!   Staff were great and friendly. Location is excellent as very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants.
