  We loved the size of the room and all It's facilities (washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, ...). The room was clean and check in was really easy. There was also a little booklet explaining everything in the room and a welcome bottle of cava. Like goosedown pillows, beautiful glassware for wine. etc. Full laundry, with washing liquid provided was very helpful. Lots of books on Barcelona provided.   Upon arrival, the hotel clerk was very helpful and friendly; we were even offered an upgrade at no cost. The room was fantastic, super king-size bed with marble bathroom including a 6ft long bath with 3 showers!   As it was my 30th a group of 8 of us decided on a trip to Barcelona and I came across the Serennia Apartments which I booked. I was extremely happy with my choice as were the group who I came with. Special mention also of Albert who ran the building...very nice fella who spoke perfect English and who was very help - Albert was very helpful and informative, we had a slight problem on our first night with the occupants in the two apartments above coming in drunk at different times and ringing our door bell. We were not very happy, but Albert spoke to them and we didn't here them for the rest of our stay. The apartment was very well situated for what we wanted, Las Ramblas and Camp Nou. It was nice to come back to a comfortable apartment at the end of a long day out walking.

Super polite, super kind, told me where to go, what to visit at that time and really is so so nice person. I can imagine who is the boss of hotel if they have such a wonderful staff!
