Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived.

We rented a two bedroomed apt and it was excellent, clean and very modern as seen in pictures. Wifi was good as well. We had a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable. Apartment is in a block of apartments served with reception services as in hotels. Receptionists were very very helpful. you feel like a really part of the city that living in a hotel cannot
compare with it at all. We'll go back for sure! -
Great location and walking distance to popular tourist attractions like
sagrada familia, passeing gracia, and la rambla. 4 adults in a 2 bedroom
and 2 bathroom apt made our stay week long stay comfortable. Apt unit
had a/c and heat which was nice. Having a full kitchen helped our
budget by eating in breakfast and sometimes lunch or dinner. Having a
working lift made staying in the top floor a must. Beautiful views of
calle Valencia from our balcony.
