This is a quiet business hotel (althouogh we were tourists) located in the Gracia neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was an ok size with comfortable beds and wifi. Hotel has a inside/outside lounge that was nice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and before heading out to dinner. Optional breakfast is acceptable. Safe neighborhood for strolling, shops and restaurants close by. Gracia metro is a 5 minute walk the Estacio de Sants is a 10-15 minute cab ride.
所有评语 » The location is great. It's close to the city centre and bus stops are within 5 minutes of walk.Metro station (Diagonal) is within 15 minutes of walk. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy almost everything you need. Local fruits are cheap. Overall it's a great value for the money we payed. the stuff is very very nice and the service of the hotel is very good. the location is great, quite near the Metro and the bus stop and very easy to go to the sightseeing place.I really enjoy the days stay in the hotel. I really recommend it to others! The price is reasonable. Hotel said it was 3 stars but it was more like 4. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and extremely nice. I thought it was a great location right next to a grocery store and a few blocks from the metro. Location was safe and nice. The hotel is located close to the city centre in the Eixample quarter, not far from Diagonal. The Placa Catalunya can be reached by subway (2 stops) or by different bus lines. The hotel is very clean, nice inner court and staff. They have polite warm-hearted staff, they can speak English well, at a safe place where has convenient traffic facility, next to supermarket, not far to shopping street, can walk to gracia street. Very convenient location, supermarkets, excellent restaurants, metro stations good bus services all around. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Many sightseeing sites within walking distance. Good offer for this money. Room of good size, polite staff, location is quite close to the center but not at noisy district. Can't answer that question because when we arrived at the hotel at almost midnight we were told it was overbooked and we were being moved to another sister hotel. The check in receptionist seemed to think this was acceptable as he described it as a better hotel?. We had a non-smoking room that generaly smelled fine except in the evening when an annoying cigarette smell seemed to come through the vent. The floor in our room wasn't covered with carpet and hotel didn't provide sleepers, so you might catch cold... take your sleepers with you or buy in a local supermarket which is just next door to the hotel. No!. Walls aren't very soundproof. No coffee / tea facilities in the room. No tea/coffee facilities. nothing bothered me. The sound isolation is not very good. I could hear everything around like it was in my room- all talks in the corridor/ people walking around or knocking neighbour door etc. While the breakfast buffet offers high-quality coffee, there is no freshly pressed juice, and rather cheap tea. On the last day we had to leave early and requested a food package instead of the breakfast. This package consisted of a bottle of water, an apple, an orange (OK so far), and (not OK) a “sandwich” consisting of wobbly white bread with low-quality cheese and boiled ham. tv english channels do not work. either the metro stop (Diagonal) or the ferrocarril (Gracia) are quite far, so prepare to walk a lot!!!. Beds can be improved, however they are not bad. Thin walls, so sometimes there was a hallway noise. The golf bit is misleading. Its not really available for guests, and breakfast is the usual stupid price for what you get. Nothing!. Everything was perfect. Nothing to declare... rooms not very large, especially if for 3 people air conditiong system could be better. - No coffee and tea making facility in the room. We had our bag stolen and the staff did not seem to care, nor did they offer any support after a 1.5 hour walk back to the hotel from the beach. Too long pillows!!!. The room was a little small for two persons and their laggages...If it had a bigger wardrobe it would be much better.. But overall was good enough. No sound proof windows, no air venting in the bathroom. All rooms are situated in one floor, with half of them overlooking a very busy road and the rest being very close to the breakfast room/ cafeteria, which combined with poor sound insulation makes rooms very noisy. Smell in the bathroom. The flippant attitude of both hotels, the first with either their incompetence or total disregard for clients to overbook in the first place. The replacement who thought it was acceptable to put us in a single room with a camp bed because they were a better hotel? Would not consider using either again.
