Apartment was in a great location, very handy for metro/tram/buses. Apartment 4-2 was ideal for our family of 5, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The supermarket being close by as well as some great restaurants and cafes was a big plus. There was a bit of noise at nights, but it's what you expect when staying in the centre of a big city and it didn't bother us.
所有评语 » A good sized apartment, nice comfortable décor and with a well stocked kitchen. One very large and comfortable master bedroom. Well met by a representative of the organisation on arrival. Good location within walking distance of the centre of town and 5-10 minutes from the metro. The staff were eager to make us satisfied after an incident happend to us there.the location its near to everything though you can't go walkin to las Ramblas street you have to go by Taxi.that costs you 5 euro.the furniture of the apartment was modern and amazing. We like everything,because Enrique the person in charge for the appartment is very helpful for everything & anytime.He even arranged to bring the suitcase to the airport when it was left behind by one of the family. The staffs were very friendly and the apartment was amazing, clean and big! You just can find everything you need in this apartment and it's really nice for the families to stay here during their holidays!!!. Very nice apartment, staff is helpful and friendly. The location may not seem central at first but it is really quite handy both for downtown and for Gracia/Park Guell. The location and lay out of the apartment was good. The meet and greet staff were excellent, with a lot of useful suggestions, for what to do and where to eat. Friendly helpful staff waiting when we arrived. Very large, well equipped and clean. In addition to the above, I appreciate highly proactive and friendly attitude and readiness to fulfill all additional customer's requests. Location. The management of the apartment were very helpful, efficient and helpful. Also, the apartment was well equipped although the bed and pillows could be more comfy. Very clean apartment and big enough for us. - Roomy - Clean - City centered. Noise insulation is poor. The front room overlooks a busy road and so is very noisy at all hours (not a major problem as we didn't use it a huge amount). The sound In the stairwells carries into the bedrooms and could be disturbing at night, to those sensitive to banging doors. The air conditioning wasn't working well when we arrived and they took time to fix it.there was a gas smell coming from the oven but they came and fixed it.at the end we were satisfied. The hall & the small lift represent differently than the appartments it self which is renovated already. The view at the back side of the appartment is also not nice,although most probably nobody will look to it. nothing!. One thing that may be an issue for friends travelling together is that one room is clearly the "master suite" and is much larger and nicer than the others, making it hard to share the apartment equitably. Neighbours were very noisy, early in the morning. Like all old buildings, noise of doors shutting and lift et cet of late or very early arrivals, especially at weekend could be disturbing: But you don't come to Barcelona for peace and quiet !!. Nothing. No lift but we were made aware of third floor location before booking. Wasn't a problem if you're fit enough. The entrance to the apartment complex threw us off a bit. It opens to a parking garage. There's no lobby or formal entry. But once we got settled in, it really didn't bother us. Just part of city living!. i had feeling that i live in the house without walls, when neigbours was talking i thought they are talking in the next room. suterday night we couldnt sleep as spanish boys was singing outside our house like 300 meters outside but thhe feeling was like all of them came to our appartments :-))). the building share the entrance with a mechanical garage and a motel, but inside is as you can see in the pictures. it feels insecure. no dislikes. Internet connection was not very reliable. you need to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest metro station (or go with the bus one stop). The main entrance at street level needs upgrading. There is just 1 shower. If staying in 6 people, so to take shower you must wait for some time. It was only one night but 300 euro deposit was taken from cc for any damage and according to the staff the amount will be refounded within three days but it's been more than a week, from experience it takes 3 weeks. The point I don't think it's good to do that for one night stay. On the other hand, this apartment is not a hotel apartment, so no hotel facilities, which I believe should be indicated on letsbookhotel.com. The location. The description given on the website was misleading - it was for Apartment 226 and not 280 which we were put in. Apartment 280 is much further north and the nearest station was a 15-minute walk. The out side enternce give bad feedback about the apartment ,but after we get inside the apartment we felt happy and change our opnion. - Noise at night from down club.
