All the staff at Villa Canaima were SO friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure we knew all the great things Lanzarote had to offer, even booking our rental car and cabs for us. They went out of their way to try and get hold of us to let us know we could stay past the standard 10am checkout time, which was super appreciated.

Cheap & very cheerful describes the complex. Very friendly & efficient staff, the rooms were cleaned every weekday, towels changed every other day & beds changed twice weekly. Bar staff were fabulous & the snacks they served in the pool bar were excellent. Will definitely go again

We liked almost everything. For the money you're paying you're getting excellent service. Basic but very clean. Cleaner was there almost every day, towels were changed every other day. Very clean and beautiful apartment, spacious with balcony and sea view. The host family (parents and two adult sons) gave us a warm welcome, they are very nice and friendly and always helpful (24 hours reception). We had a great time and would come back any time!

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments are well located and very clean. The poolside area never seemed too crowded or noisy, even though all the apartments were occupied.
The food and drink supplied at the poolside bar was very good considering its size and facilities.
