Miguel runs a very happy/jolly family business. He is always smiling and whistling and can not do enough for you. We had booked 3 x apartments all equally good. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shops. The area is beautiful, all staff on the Island were very pleasant. We hired a car but only costs 13 euros from the airport to La Lagunettas. The apartments are quiet so it was lovely to chill by the pool early evening.

Nearby is an inexpensive store. very cheap. spacious rooms. apartments have a small parking.the beach is 10 minutes walk.best quality / price ratio. I recommend!. Great value for money, the pool was very clean, balcony spacious, apartment clean and airy - lots of space. Hotel owner was lovely and very friendly. Good location - 10 min walk from supermarket / 5 min walk to the main strip. Taxi to harbour cost €4. Very close to the beach and centre of Puerto del Carmen. It stands next to the main road so you can quick and easily travel all around the island. Very Quiet (except owners whistling) place. Big apartment. Loved it here, clean, great staff, really quite, will be back. The morning we were leaving the staff even came out to wave us off in the taxi to the airport. Thanks for the memories. Great location, and great value for money. As a group of young friends, this was ideal for sleeping and relaxing in. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. Love every moment in laguneta especially a man called miguel who works there he is fantastic ready to help at anytime,highly recommended. - clean and large bungalow (2 pers) - friendly service - despite negative remarks: a nice stay for a very good price!. Great uncrowded pool - close to the Strip. Miguel looks after everyone so well. Apartments were great . Kids loved the pool and the location is great. nice quite location. main complex looked fine and well decorated. all apartments on ground level and around pool. good price, friendly owner, parking places on the street. Having to come home!. TV did not work. Although he is on vacation and did not need one. microwave did not work. at the bottom of the pool was sand. wi-fi only in the reception. Towels were a bit used, telly didn't work - but for price it was fine. Cleaning lady comes too early to clean apartment, so you have to leave keys in lock if you want to sleep longer. As I already mention it, in the morning you can hear owners constant whistling and loud talking with cleaning ladies. It is five minutes walk to the beach but we enjoyed that and the pool is lovely. The kitchen was very unequipped. Nothing i can think of. - only spanish TV programs - kitchen equipment (pans) worn out - seen with our own eyes: a worn mattress was simply changed by switching it with a mattress from another bungalow , but hey, it's the spanish way of solving things ... Nothing. distance to supermarket. apartments not in main complex dated and poorly furnished. Small pool. Small balcony. Area area pool not nice at all. apartment not cleaned enough, some equipment not working, feeling of a messy management, WiFi working only near reception.
