  One of the best hotels I staied. View is amazing, very cozy room. At the first minute we felt like home. Good collection of books, there is even a coffe machine for exspressor.   I will not recommend this place because I hate the idea that it will atready be fully booked when I try to book it at my next visit to Cape Town. Stay away!   Highly recommended! Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home. Joe sat down with me for 30 minutes on the first day and explained about the tours, local stores, safety and all other questions I had knowing that it was my first time in Cape Town. The hotel was kept clean at all times and I had no troubles by commuting to the hotel alone.   I spent 10 days here as a solo female traveler and what a wonderful place! I really enjoyed my stay here. James really goes out of his way to make sure you have the best trip possible. He arranged a tour of Robben Island for me and a really cool cooking class in Bo Kaap. James, the owner, is friendly and helpful (he checked if the cable way to table mountain was open (because of heavy winds) and if a certain museum was open (because of public holiday), dropped me off at the Waterfront, as he had to go there as well, and arranged a taxi/shuttle service.
