  I will not recommend this place because I hate the idea that it will atready be fully booked when I try to book it at my next visit to Cape Town. Stay away!   Everything about this guesthouse is wonderful. Joe and Marius, the owners, are incredibly accommodating. Though it was too c - I stayed at Mountview for 6 nights and my experience was very positive. Joe sat down with me for 30 minutes on the first day and explained about the tours, local stores, safety and all other questions I had knowing that it was my first time in Cape Town. The hotel was kept clean at all times and I had no troubles by commuting to the hotel alone. Also staying at Sea Point (quite neighborhood in a shadow of hill and 5 minute walk to the ocean breath) was exactly what I was looking for in this

  Very good price/quality. owner very nice, ready to help. very good breakfast - Nicely run with friendly owners. Very helpful and knowledgable about the local area. Rooms were very clean with the convenience of your own entrance to rooms to enable you to come and go as you please. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to a friend.

It was hard to leave. - Very comfortable, well located. It combines a quiet, "off the beaten path" location with a hotel that was within walking distance of all the best of Cape Town.
