The atmosphere was very relaxed, friendly and clean great location Thanks you very much for the pleasant stay. We wished we could stay longer. Just a short walk to the waterfront. What a quaint and pretty B&B. The 2 ladies who run this guesthouse were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We found the rooms very spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was superb and the view over the gardens and lagoon from the breakfast room was sublime. Joe was very hospitable and friendly whilst the 20 minute walk to the waterfront was pleasant and safe. A great base if you are planning to stay a while in Knysna with easy access and lots of off-street parking

A very pleasant place to stay. We were in the outside cottage - fairly basic but absolutely adequate. Very bright with white everywhere, giving the place an opportunity to display how spotlessly clean everything was. The owner was the larger than life Tim, a real character. Breakfast was great. The location was superb being only a few minutes drive to Thesen island waterfront or just take a stroll around leisure island. It was idyllic. Tim even had my car washed. We had the premium room and it was very tastefully furnished, very spacey and comfortable.
