What a quaint and pretty B&B. The 2 ladies who run this guesthouse were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The position of this B&B overlooking the lagoon is beautiful with many places to eat and drink just 10 minutes walk away. An excellent place to stay when travelling the garden route. Breakfast was also catered for all tastes and requirements. We found the rooms very spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was superb and the view over the gardens and lagoon from the breakfast room was sublime. Joe was very hospitable and friendly whilst the 20 minute walk to the waterfront was pleasant and safe. A great base if you are planning to stay a while in Knysna with easy access and lots of off-street parking.
所有评语 » Very friendly welcome and owners extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the surroundings. Our room was spacious with a balcony looking out onto the lagoon. Good area around pool to relax in and secure car parking. Easy walk into town or marina with big choice of restaurants. Central for touring around the lagoon and Heads. The owners are delightful and could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and at home and gave us so much information on what to do, where to eat etc. It was lovely and we do hope to go back sometime. Fantastic comfortable B&B, the hosts were excellent and made us very welcomed, rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was absolutely spot on! Very good position on the N2 to CapeTown. The caring staff and how they went out of their way to help with bicycles, special breakfast times and shower after 10 on morning of departure due to bicycle races. the owners are fantastic they give 100% sevice and advice they are very helpful and accomadating a pleasure to stay there will definitely visit again!!. Very, very helpful staff in terms of planning our tour and hikes! She draw us a map where to go, which roads and exits to take, which hikes to do. breakfast was excellent, accommodation and public rooms were clean,spacious and very comfortable.owners couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Most friendly owners who shared some time with us before departure.Comfortable accommodation with seaview.Delicious breakfast. Lovely guest house in convenient location, easy to find. There is some road noise from the N2 but if you are a light sleeper, just book a room on the mountainside of the lodge. Some traffic noise from the road outside but it didn't stop us sleeping!. There was nothing about it that we did not like and would recommend it wholeheartedly. Nothing!. Nothing really, perhaps the stony driveway for pulling your suitcase to rooms. But that's really picking at straws. Trivial, but it would be an advantage to have shower gel in the room. Quite a noise road outside. No bath in the family room (not convinient especially for kids) Parking area too small. We stayed in a room facing the view and traffic. The traffic noise was disturbing. No thing. None.
