  After a 23 hour trip nothing better. Very quiet, so comfortable. Staff very good. Breakfast was magnificent. One of the best displays I have seen obviously a chef with flair. Staff walked us to the shuttle bus after our stay. A great way to start a holiday with a rest before touring S.A.   We were on our way to our honeymoon destination and stayed over at the hotel which was a wedding gift from my brother and sister-in-law. Got to the room and there were dried rose peddals everywhere - on the bed, on the floor, even in the bathroom with a bottle of champaign. It was so romantic.   It was very quiet and relaxing comfortable bed beautiful gardens and outdoor area. You would never know you were so close to the airport.   It is close to the airport. It is neat and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is not too expensive. I used it as a stay over to catch a plane the next day.

People were on the streets, not homeless people just seemingly 'aimless' people. And it was - We were en route to Singapore and stopped over at the Aviator Hotel for the night. I was very impressed by the excellent Service provided and the extra mile staff went to when they transported my husband, my sick 3 year old and myself to hospital at 3am so my son could be nebulised. I was extremely grateful. we stopped over at the aviator on our return trip for a few hours so our family could freshen up and rest before our flight to Durban. I will definitely be using the Aviator hotel again.

  I loved this hotel. I stayed here primarily because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. Even before I got there, the staff was amazing - very responsive to emails, both clearly instructing me what to do when I arrived for airport pickup and also assisting me with putting together a program of sightseeing during my 18 hours on the ground.
