After a 23 hour trip nothing better. Very quiet, so comfortable. Staff very good. Breakfast was magnificent. One of the best displays I have seen obviously a chef with flair. Staff walked us to the shuttle bus after our stay. A great way to start a holiday with a rest before touring S.A. Location is perfect right across the road from the airport. The staff is excellent and well trained. I was there on a business trip and I had to leave my room after 1600, well the staff made its best to accomodated my request without requestt. I definetively will be staying at the same hotel during my next trip to Kempton Park.
所有评语 » Luxurious hotel less than 2 minutes walk from OR Tambo Airport and convenient for Fed Air internal flight base. Swift, smooth check in, lovely food and friendly helpful staff. We had a very warm reception on arrival and received excellent service at front desk from Carlien. She went out of her way to assist with our special requests. It is most convenient. Very high quality of service. I recomment the hotel with all its services to any person who travels for what ever reason. Thank you. Enjoyed my stay, shame it was just one night, will be sure to pass through again soon. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay. Location : many more facilities than the ususal airpot stop-over. At the airport so highly convenient Restaurant also excellent. it's very convenient for a one night stop over between flights. The service, the location and quality in general. So convenient to airport and very luxurious. Whole experience and atmosphere. The friendly hospitality. large room, tasty break. Always good. Service. Good location to airport and transport to city centre. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Basically nothing. It is a bit overpriced compared to some other 5 stars hotel in the same area. Nothing. Woud be nice to have hotel portering form the airport arrivals area. Otherwise no comments. Nothing that i did not like. Wifi was pathetically slow...I am Gold Ambassador level at this group and you cannot log into the faster wifi and watch something simple on you tube ...you can get very basic and small e mails only...Just Because SA suck at it and rip people off with costs...IC don't have to follow suit !!!. Expensive but worth it for convenience to airport. a bit on the expensive side. The free wifi is very, very bad. Bit pricy. Nothing. I had arranged with the hotel for a porter carrying my three heavy suitcases due to late night arrival. He did not come. I had asked the policeman to escort me to the hotel, which is 600 meters. He understood my concers.
