  A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. The staff are simply wonderful; they had exceptional attention to detail in their service and at the same tome are genuinely caring. What’s more, the location is ideal. Another thing that makes this place special is the décor – it has man - From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton.   I journeyed almost five months through SA. This was the best value for money accommodation I stayed at during the entire trip (note: I stayed at cheaper and much more expensive places during this trip). I liked the architecture, the nice spacious rooms (the rooms feel like small apartments rather than rooms), the friendliness and professionalism o... 别人怎么说 » f the staff, the excellent breakfast and pasta dinners, the well-functioning TV and internet (not always a given in SA), and the closeness to Wits Uni - Everything has been said before, no need to repeat it all again. It was a pleasure to stay, with everybody doing their all to make our stay as enjoyable and as seamless as possible, especially the managers Danny and Dimitri. A few things to note, breakfast IS included in the price, not immediately obvious on the website. Also, WIFI was being extended to all rooms as I left, it just gets better and better:-) Please ask for Danny's express check-out service when leaving. Highly Recommended..!!

  Courtesy of the staff, attentiveness, clean, professional but friendly atmosphere, predictably clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed, terrific bathroom - I loved the room and the luxury feeling that came with it. I also liked the fact that the pillows were changed to what we preferred before we went to bed.
