A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. The staff are simply wonderful; they had exceptional attention to detail in their service and at the same tome are genuinely caring. What’s more, the location is ideal. It’s a haven in the suburbs away from the noise and bright lights of the city but central enough to easily enjoy the many activities in the area. Another thing that makes this place special is the décor – it has man.
所有评语 » From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton. We had breakfast in the beautiful garden and dinner at a local restaur. The staff was really fantastic, both with arranging everything during my stay as well as giving great advice for further travels. The grounds are very nice and the room was quite comfortable. Good location in Sadnton but in a very quite neighborhood close to everything. Normally I don't care much for breakfast but the breakfast here was incredible. Hands down best guest house breakfast/ B&B breakfast I've had. Highly recommend staying here. The staff is very friendly, helpful and sincere. The breakfasts are superb as are the rooms and grounds. It is located in a lovely residential neighborhood about a mile from Stanton Center and Mandela Square where you find numerous restaurants and world class shopping. Several types of transportation available from Tuk Tuk to Limo Service. From airport Limo service through Claire's is about the same cost as Gautrain. Staff very friendly, dedicated, went out of their way to make our stay a memorable experience; rooms comfortable, bathroom spotless, every detail has been thought of; beautiful garden, birdwatching; breakfast was great. Enjoyed my one night at Claire's it is set in a lovely tranquil garden. Zodwa was most welcoming. My room was lovely and the breakfast delicious. For me the location was great. Will definitely stay again. Friendly professionally run. Very comfortable room with space, modern and clean and bright, nice pool, great location for sandstone city. Staff was great. Rooms have everything I needed for my young baby...fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. Breakfast is fantastic!!. Very nice and calm place. Frendly staff and perfect breakfast ! Nothing at all. having stayed for 5 days breakfast could have been more adventurous; we were vegeteranians though. Nothing. Nothing. The person who runs the admin side of the property is a rude unpleasant person and while we book accommodation in sandton weekly, we will NEVER visit this establishment again.
