They could not do enough for us. And Maribor was a complete revelation. We really loved the city and the hotel was a good place from which to do this.   Hotel is in a great location, just a 5 or so minute walk to the main centre & Lent area; the old part. Also less than 15 minutes over the bridge to Europark (big modern mall). Room was very well appointed & the air conditioning worked! Staff were very helpful & there were quite a few choices for a drink or coffee; inside or outside. I've stayed here before and it was nice that I was in the computer system and the receptionist welcomed me back. - Good breakfast (we are vegan and there was a good choice of cereals, fruits and soy milk) The gentleman at the reception, Sac, (hope this is the correct way to write his name) helped a lot and beyond his duties acting as concierge.   We stopped in Maribor on the road for Croatia. This hotel is an excellent choice, 5 min from the highway. A lot of space in the room, top bathroom, We'd also an excellent diner in the restaurant of the hotel, based on local fresh products - We liked very much this hotel. Everything was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
