  the thing i liked most about hotel lent was how the staff treated us. it is a small hotel and it felt very homely. it felt as if the staff would do anything to help us enjoy our stay over and above what was needed for the service they provide. for example my i phone charger was not compatible with the socket in the room but the staff allowed me e... co mówią ludzie » asy access to the computer in reception to charge the phone. or on the day we left the owner insisted in bringing us to the train station. id highly r - The staff were absolutely charming. They could not do enough for us. And Maribor was a complete revelation. We really loved the city and the hotel was a good place from which to do this.   Hotel is in a great location, just a 5 or so minute walk to the main centre & Lent area; the old part. Also less than 15 minutes over the bridge to Europark (big modern mall). Room was very well appointed & the air conditioning worked! Staff were very helpful & there were quite a few choices for a drink or coffee; inside or outside. Br... co mówią ludzie » eakfast is in massive room & lots of choices - all very good & staff kept replenishing it. - Located in a quiet area away from busy streets though only a 5 minute walk from the Bus and Train stations and the city centre. I've stayed here before and it was nice that I was in the computer system and the receptionist welcomed me back. - Good breakfast (we are vegan and there was a good choice of cereals, fruits and soy milk) The gentleman at the reception, Sac, (hope this is the correct way to write his name) helped a lot and beyond his duties acting as concierge. Thanks!

I cannot say that I have stayed in lots of places, maybe 30-40 hotels in my life, but in terms of service that is the best place I have even been. Owner spoke English. Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. The hotels restaurant is Chinese a pleasant surprise, it is next door to the hotel. The Chinese chef cooked some very tasty food, huge portions. We had soup , spring rolls and 2 main courses with rice, far too much for us. Very pleasant staff dressed in Chinese costume. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.
