First, the staff were very courteous and accomodating. Special thanks to Ruben who was really nice to us when we arrived and even let us check in 3 hours before actual check in time. Small room but it doesn't matter because it was cozy and the bed was comfy. The location was superb! Very near Bugis shopping village and mrt station. Food is not a problem even after midnight because the hotel is walking distance to different food establishments. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
所有评语 » Really great location, standards for Ibis acommodation: comfy beds, small but well equipped room. The price was a bit higher than usual for Ibis but compared to other fares in Singapore it was extremely acceptable. Food in the restaurant is really great and the breakfast is great as well (might be worth the 18SGD!). Wifi worked fine in room (5th floor). They got me late check-out until 14h and kept my bags until 20h, very convenient. Location is really good. All possible conveniences are nearby -- 7-eleven, guardian, bakeries etc. The staff speak fluent english. All were very polite in accomodating my needs. The room, albeit small is very functional. Those USB port chargers were indeed very clever. The linens were clean. I would recommend this hotel. Very clean, functional and well designed rooms. Excellent location near lots of eateries, shops and public transport. Very good, friendly, helpful service from the staff. Great free wifi in all the rooms. Very good value for money (especially when you compare it to how expensive most hotels are in Singapore). It has a strategic location. Given the high living standard in Singapore, hotels are all over priced but Ibis is rather reasonable. The hotel check in and check out process was fast and staffs were friendly and efficient. The room is very clean and well managed, no dirty stain or rotten rugs. Clean rooms, prompt room house keeping, smiles at reception, courteous reception staff, helpful staff at the door entrance, free wifi, relatively spacious toilets compared to others in Singapore, security, location near to Bugis and Bras Basah, laundry room, clean linen,. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and assisted with any queries. It was in a great location to get to the markets, and taxis always available to go anywhere. The MRT is only just down the road. I always like to stay in Ibis because the location is very convenient (just in front the hotel there are two bus stops and the hotel is very close to Bugis Street, and Bugis Junction where the Bugis MRT station is at). Awesome Location - beside Bugis Street in centre of Singapore -- lots of culture (Hindu, Chinese, Peranakan, Malay) -- and food ranging from hawker stalls to 5 star International Hotels - all within walking distance!. The staff at the reception was excepcional. I had a small problem with the luggage when arriving at the hotel and they were extremelly professional in handling with the situation. The beds are really comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Front desk staff very good. Breakfasts were wonderful and full of choice. Free internet was a great idea. The location is a great one for the Bugis Street markets and shopping. Good value for a city where good hotel accommodation is expensive. Convenient train connection to/from Changi airport. Secure lock-up luggage storage if you have a departure well after check-out time of noon. The hotel is in the city center, with three metros within walking distances meant we had access to all MRT lines. The hotel was clean, well appointed and the staff were very helpful and informative. I can recommend the hotel as this has been my third stay over. I have several visits to Singapore per year on business, and always look forward to staying in the IBIS HOTEL on Bencoolen Street. The location was central in the interesting Bugis area and a 10 minute walk from Bugis MRT station. The room was clean , well appointed and comfortable. Would be happy to stay there again. Good location - easily accessible to everything. All reception staff were spot on - most helpful. Rooms good and quiet - as requested. Would stay again and would recommend to others. Not as touristy as Orchard road, more down to earth and reflect a humbler side of Singapore. A food court is just nearby and you get budget-friendly local food at the food court. It was clean and comfortable. Service was brilliant! I forgot my telephone in the taxi, but the receptionist handled it perfectly and I got back my phone within 45 minutes. Great location, pre-booked so got an excellent deal for 2 nights. Very comfortable bed. Quiet air con was ideal....you need it in the severe humidity of Singapore. The room airconditioning wasn't cool enough so the room was quite warm in the evenings. It's a fair distance to walk to the mrt station in such hot weather but manageable. No cabinets in room, small rooms for couple with child. Sometimes the internet connection are quite slow and needs to re-log in all the time which is a bit frustrating. Very Basic service and amenities - one all purpose Shower Gel, tiny soap bar and nothing else -- towels were barely adequate, and only provided once a day; restaurant for breakfast was OK, but then again there were LOTS of options just outside the door!!. Nothing to be referred. I didn't like the way other guests would be very loud in the hallways at nighttime or very early in the morning. I think there should be some signage in the hallways to ask guests to be quiet and considerate. I had broken sleep from loud voices and I was trying to get over my jet-lag. I wasn't aware about the service charges for ordering food and drink at the bar. It would have been nice to have been informed about this earlier. The room size was quite small, and after putting in the baby cot, we had to literarilly wiggle our way in and out. However our booking was made at the last day and that was the only room available we were told. Urgent action needs to be taken to train the hotel staff on fire safety training. Two alarms went off during my stay, and I was very disappointed to see first hand how the staff responded (very poor). As an ex fire safety training officer, I hope my comments will be acted on, as this is a serious situation. Jim Smith. Although the breakfast was really nice, the breakfast host was very clumsy with the payment. Our breakfast was not included in the room, but we couldn't charge it on the room. It's not fun to be still sleepy and that you have to deal with these kinds of things. Only one fault....great fridge in room, so why not provide mini milks instead of awful creamer powder!!! Even then you only get a couple of sachets for two people for the entire evening/morning, we phoned down for more and a member of staff was with us in minutes carrying so many sachets he could barely hold them, bless! Provide milk and you have the perfect hotel. My entry card to the room would never work whenever we inserted the card into the swiping machine on the right side of any of the lifts' swiping machine in order to go up to the room. Need to walk about 15 mins to MRT and usually need to wait for a while for taxi. Floor space in the bedroom could have been bigger but ok for a short stay. Confusion over exactly where the hotel was with all the road diversions. A map ' you are here' would have helped me understand sooner where to head out to from the hotel and ensure it was in the right direction. The wi-fi is on and off. Would have liked the availability of a pool. Only fault there was no cold beer on 2 days of our 4 day stay. There wasn't anything I disliked about it. I wish we had planned to stay 2 rather than just one night. Nothing!! Great place, great location. None. Good value for money so nothing negative. 1. Breakfast is not worth the money you pay, suggest you skip it unless it comes free with your package. 2. In letsbookhotel.com the total price i got for four nights was SGD 662 but i found that they have charged close to SG 810 to my card. I donno whether this is letsbookhotel.com or the hotel. Please be aware of this. No teethbrush/ teethpaste in room, you need to call operator to ask for it. No slippers. Facility here is very lousy. They only have ironing board on 3rd floor and not on every room. No room slippers, very small room and noisy neighbour for 7 days!. The breakfast choices are a bit limited and quite expensive for SGD21. wifi is slow and unstable. Our room was next to the lift which made a noise - continually. We did complain but nothing changed! No hand towels just face flannels. No electric socket near mirror. Room was a bit small. Little expensive for the small size of the room. Only single gel for hair and body. No complimentary water bottles. I liked it all. It was a bit difficult to locate the hotel when I first get off from the Bugis MRT station. For an Ibis hotel, I thought it was slightly overpriced for Singapore. and not near from the merto。small room. wifi connection goes extremely slow in the evenings and late in the night most of the days. The ethernet cable, that was given to me by receptionist, does not help - it looks like the ethernet outlet in the wall is down. Failed to set comfortable temperature on airconditioner. It seems to cool always to the same temperature regardless of the settings.
