The family room is spacious and it is newly renovated , Feel clean and comfortable For a family , It is value for moneyThanks a lot!. Everything , firsty the Location and comfort . Good staff and clean room.we are very happy and will be sure to come back again. All of staff friendly and helpfull, the room is very clean and Big ( more than I imagine before ). closed to mrt Little India.

Cleanliness is acceptable, still dust on the floor. staff somewhat cold and unfriendly. the room is a little small. no free breakfast. small room, but for single traveller good enough, quite loud if your room is facing the street. nothing to be complain. I found insect in my room everyday. Room is extremely small. :( A/C blowing over bed not able to turn off completely only increase or decrease temperature. There was a night i stayed here and it rains very hard. My room was on the 8th floor, and in the morning when i wake up i realise that my suicase which was placed under the window and the floor was all wet because somehow the rain got into our room. I was disapointed and the hotel really need to fix this. Unfriendly staff. No lobby and the room is too, even no space to put luggage. Not a lot. Terrible smell from toilet. Unfriendly staff. The bed was HORRIBLE, rooms are rented "by the hour" which attracts interesting clientele. Just don't do it would be my advice. The worst hotel I have ever been in. The room has no windows. The AC was not working -Only a fan. No shower cabinet It can be used only as a horse stable. Do not choose this hotel. Too high price and very small room.
