  In my view this hotel should have a higher rating. The room was much bigger than I expected and the bed was huge. The window opened to a view of the street which is interesting. The walk to the beach is 10 minutes, several good bars and resto's very near to hotel and a mall 2 minute - The Santa Grand, located in Singapore's Tanjong Katong, (tjk) area, this is the "Belly" of Singapore, the variety and quality of the varied ethnic cuisines makes this food lovers paradise. Of course there are the many and varied shopping malls in the area but tjk is known for it's food and the Santa Grand places you dead in the middle. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping are wonderful, they are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and most of all just fun folks, a great place.

He is very helpful to us telling us where to go and how to go to places. Also, the bus driver at night. Family rooms are rare in Singapore from my research. The interconnecting family room at Days was great. The staff were wonderful especially the Bell boy - he gave us directions and helped get us to where we wanted to go on numerous occasions. He even helped load our luggage into taxis even though he had officially finished work for the day. The hotel is a little out of the city but they offer a great free shuttle service to the train. Great hote

  First, the staff were very courteous and accomodating. Special thanks to Ruben who was really nice to us when we arrived and even let us check in 3 hours before actual check in time. Small room but it doesn't matter because it was cozy and the bed was comfy. The location was superb! Very near Bugis shopping village and mrt station. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip - Really great location, standards for Ibis acommodation: comfy beds, small but well equipped room. The price was a bit higher than usual for Ibis but compared to other fares in Singapore it was extremely acceptable. Food in the restaurant is really great and the breakfast is great as well (might be worth the 18SGD!). Wifi worked fine in room (5th floor). They got me late check-out until 14h and kept my bags until 20h, very convenient.
