This hotel sits very close to Propher(SAW) Mosque, hardly one minute, check-in was prompt. Shopping choices are at door step,there is also a food court nearby (though we find it late). Breakfast was good and filling and I really liked resturant people behaviour with young kids. Location which is very close to masjid haram . The breakfast is excellent. I am having a good time. Again the best thing is location. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

Appriciate General Manager Mr. Razak ( Exact name not known ) for his kind approch for arranging room for our total of five family members. Upgraded to the one suit in 12 th floor instead of two 3/2 bed rooms. Thanks to him. Rooms are small and there was no exhaust in washroom. Moreover, will be nice if they put a clock in room. The staff is not trained take almost half hour just to check in. maintenance Elevators: no indicator to tell which one is available and the door closes in 5 seconds so it can hurt you when going inside. Staff not really helpfull maybe because of the crowd tv did not work at the begining and when they fixed it only a few channels were there. Lights were not working, asked for chicken burgers but got beef/mutton burgers, overall good hotel. My room'a ac was not working and it took them 5 hours to sort my issue. Service is very slow and below normal expectations. * TV & internet not working * Staff response time * Expensive late check out. Buffet Breakfast was not very attractive and the options were limited. Breakfast is not five star. I booked 2 rooms, the ac in one of them was not cooling enough but was not very bad, Tv also was not working in one room, but we were not there for watching tv :) so didn't pay attention to fix it. Empty Parking was there and they are lying that we donot have. 2nd point the check out time is 2pm but at least they have to give 30 minutes if the guest asking not to be throw from hotel. I was promised to get late check-out until 4pm since the hotel is not busy, but next day, the manager who promised me did not keep a record of this, and the covering manager gave me late checkout until 2pm. Staff were friendly on the first day only. The next day, they changed and bad staff showed up. when I checked In, I found my reservation is for 1 night instead of two which I booked for?. Tv is not working, the carpet was dirty. Room was not spacious, cover with three beds with basics. The room service is very poor. The restaurant is not as expected. The service there is poor too and the food is cold even when you go early. The price is accptable for the location but not for the service. may be the reception staff is didn't have an experience in dealing with the guests & they were a little bit slowly in the check in process also the area of the room comparing with the number of the guests is have to be modified to be bigger than its. Parking was listed in hotel facilities but was not provided when demanded. Bell boys are never around, you pick-up your own suitcases till the room. service is poor hotel not clean. It is a 4 star hotel and not a 5 star. Nothing substantial - minor issues should be ignored due to the nature of the visit to Medina. 1- It is not looking as 5 star Hotel. 2- It is expensive. 3- Reception not respond to you call. House keeping staff ,cleaning ,attitude And behavior house keeping staff of first floor. Due to the electricity shut down in all Madina area, no AC was available even in the backup power of the HOTEL. Which is so annoying and unpleasant since I paid much money for one night. And the hotel didn't even apologize or make it up to us. It can be lunch for example or any other complement. Thank you. 5 starts expected to have wi fi in the room. I asked for additional pillow it was not available No tooth brushes or shaving kit. Prices are inaccurate, I had to pay more than the price that are shown in letsbookhotel.com for 75sr. rooms are very small ,. Toilet not so clean No chichout flixabilty. Staff not friendly. Given a queen sized bed when I had asked for a King bed and was part of my reservation. Also the hotel had no booking when I got their. Arranged Check in time at 5.30 P.M No co-ordination between reception staff No proper waiting lounge Staff strict to the check out timing only.
