  We stayed twice, a week apart. The staff were very helpful with explaining how the taxi system worked so that we didn't pay too much a second time. On our return visit our request for a room at the back was met with an upgrade, even though the previous room had been excellent. The buffet dinner and breakfast had great choices.   I requested an upgrade to a deluxe room after reading some scary reviews. The deluxe room was very comfortable and modern.
