The view is just gorgeous! The staff were very friendly especially the Manager Mr.Sayed at the reception. We arrived very early and instead of making us wait till the check in time, he got us a room ready within a few minutes. Actually I'd give 10 points to the staff, they were very hospitable and I felt looked after. I'd definitely come back!

  The staff - Service and facilities were really excellent - it took a while but eventually on check-in they found my reservation and were exceedingly polite and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the staff very helpful.

The room was comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and had everything we could want. I was very pleased with my choice, but would have been less happy if I hadn't already seen what I wanted to see in Muscat. - I have stayed in a half dozen hotels in Muscat and this one offers the best value for money. The staff did everything they could to welcome my son and I and ensure that we had everything we needed to feel at home. It's not as fancy as a five star luxury hotel however the genuine hospitality is world-class. And its location is unbeatable. We loved our time there and I will stay there from now on.
