This is a new hotel and I like it. Good beds and good showers Clean rooms and all new Breakfast is good Plenty of taxis for the hotel I have one good thing: i was checked out and had meetings all day, I came back to do some work in the hotel and asked if i could have a quick shower and change my office clothes, this was no problem and gave me a fresh room to have shower without extra pay: great service.
所有评语 » We liked everything. We got an awesome deal on letsbookhotel.com so it was inexpensive. However, the luxury was still there in full force. The room was comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and had everything we could want. The staff helped us negotiate taxi fares when we were going out at night (no drinking and driving!), as well as giving us directions when we drove our own car during the day. I usually book in other nearby hotels but lucky for me they unavailabilty for the period of my trip... so I saw this hotel and I liked the status and photos and booked in... I was more than happy and I will always book at Best Western Hotel even if I had to fight for :) And please know that am not exaggerating. . . Excellent stay, comfort, quite, staff are excellent, smiling, honest (I forgot my wallet in the room after check out, they called my mobile and send me SMS, to return and collect). Breakfast was good although not too many choices. Decoration was amazing, and the room was spacious. It is worth the money paid. I had a excellant nights stay. I managed to lock myself out of my room and the staff were very polite and acted quickly to get me back in my room. Room service was very qucik and the food was delicious. Excellant location. Only a 3 minute taxi ride to the Muscat Grand Mall. Breakfast was really good with a big selection. We took a weekend deal which was great value and included everything, including taxes! We had our own car and there was plenty of free off street parking just outside the hotel. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great that we could check in early and day of checking out could leave our luggage there, safely! Nice cold water and juice at reception available also very nice. Staff were mainly friendly. The basic room was big with a sofa in it. The bothroom was spacious and modern. Hotel interior was great. Hotel location was excellent at the middle of Muscat. We've been informed that mostly cabin crew from various airlines use this hotel. thats the reason that this was super quite. We stayed in Ramadan so we found it less occupied. It's excellent hotel But I've suggestion about TV Chanel's if they install more that will be great, any time if I travel to Muscat Best Western Hotel my first priority. Staff was fantastic, coffee machines with breakfast were a real treat. They went and purchased soft pillows just for us. Good size room, super clean. It is value for money and very comfort and clean. The staff also were very helpful. they gave me a free late check out until 16:00 pm. I liked the hotel as a whole; the staff, the service, the reception, the facilities and the beautiful atmosphere. Wifi connectivity was good. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, they came to pick us up while we were lost in the city and they offered us complimentary breakfast. A brand new hotel in its first month of operation, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfest, quiet, friendly management staff. Rooms were clean and had nice bathrooms with good selection of toiletries.Staff were friendly and efficient. Not really, its not a 5 star hotel with a beach or beautiful view, but its functional and value for money with great staff, all so friendly. The blackout curtains were SO good that we overslept and missed breakfast. (smile). Nothing there to unlike. The swimming pool temprature was cold. The parking has ramp that is high and not confortable for salon cars. Location may not be the best for tourists who does not have car available, although it is a good location. It's not really set up as a tourist hotel - but I do think it's ideal for business travelers. We had trouble getting information on tourist activities and booking through the reception. In the end we organised our own activities. One day our room was not cleaned but when we called they were there in a flash. Beakfast was not that exciting. More variaty and better quality of local fruits will be apprecaited. I didn't like the swimming pool area which was not temperature controlled. Water came out of shower ..everywhere, laundry came back very late. Nothing. The breakfast buffet needs more varieties of food. Location - if you have a car its ok but otherwise rather far from any sights or attractions. Please add more items in restraunt menu at room service. Booked a taxi through the hotel which was late. Not really the hotel's fault but be careful. Also be aware this is a "dry" hotel. No alcohol is sold on the premises. No big deal for me but may upset some guests. Nothing was bad. Bit far from City center. Swimming pool not in operation. reception staff doesn't know how to smile . f&b offer is limited and no restaurants in walking distance. Keep arrange more parking space. Staff and food. Possibly the worst coffee I've ever tasted. It would be worth spending a bit of money on decent drip coffee. dinner prepaid. Food not outsatnding. Swimming pool not welcoming. Hard to find in the dark of night. food was not good. the room that that I stay on it was hot & the AC conditition is not working probaly. The view. Need more active restraunt . I mean add more items in menu. Food Menu and Staff in the restaurant. dinner included in the room rate. poor. Small swimming pool. small lobby. no facilities. The reception did not brief me on the facilities available in the hotel. Reception could be better. Electrical problems in two of the four rooms. Room service food was not removed the following morning. Tricky to get to the hotel. Pool & gym were not open yet. 1) 3 times had to remind reception to provide daily delivery of newspaper to room. 2) A/C Control required constant adjustment. 3) Check out was delayed by 40 minutes as reception printer was malfunctioning & so check out receipt could not be given. Hard to lacate it if you are new in town. No access from the main road, difficult to find taxi (no place to stop), the female receptionist intentionally quoted double the normal price for the taxi to the airport, no alchohol ('dry hotel'), relatively far from city attractions, the neighboourhood is really not prestigeous - nowhere to walk. Room described as having a minibar but this was purely soft drinks and chocolate bars,not really a minibar.I guess they don't have an alcohol license which for western guests should be highlighted.Breakfast was fine but evening meal,very limited choice and at best average quality.
