The location was very handy to the CBD, food, shops etc. Nice and quiet given that the rooms are close proximity. Will definitely re-book when I am in Wellington again. : ). Absolutely spotless and the receptionist was lovely. Very convenient. Airport bus outside the door and walking distance to everything really. Very good value for money. The receptionist was just lovely and did everything she could for us. Room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. Value for money is excellent.

Very clean, central location in Wellington, great value for money, would stay there again. Reasonably quiet despite central location. Nothing flash but clean and tidy. Good price. Clean and cheaper. Good location in Wellington central part. neat and tidy room. central location. There were no towels in the rooms. Other than that it was really good. Didn't realise towels were not included in "linen". But no big deal because they rent you towels anyway. Also reception closes at 5.00pm and we had to take our bags but flight not till late so we were stuck a bit. I wasn't expecting that. Felt unsafe with the lift not working the night we were there and also being in such an enclosed building with sensor lights. if they were to go out it would be very dark. Wifi is free but limited allowance of 500mb. Cleaners took my towel by mistake as it was similar to the ones they rent out. Didn't get mine back but was given one of theirs instead, not the same but a towel is a towel I guess. The open wardrobe is far too short and small. No obvious reception area and little complicated getting in but can put up with that for the price. Nothing. All good. as it is in the third floor of the building, not easy to find it for the new guest. Share bathroom. Difficult to find. Arriving guests have to wait outside while somebody with the key chip comes inside into the big building to open the door at the main entrance of the big building. Windows can't open No air flow No airconditioning Had HUGE I-Beam smack in the middle of the room and had to duck every time I wanted to use the fridge or get out of the room. Not able to open a window and no air-conditioning to make a west-facing room comfortable to reduce paint smell and after having the sun on it all day NO TOWELS (but you can hire them) Difficult to connect Wifi.
