Lovely warm welcome from staff. Clean well appointed room. Accomodating about early check-out time. LOVED the fact that the heater had been left on so it was nice and cosy when we arrived :-). Easy to get to central city locations via public transport (bus). Close to a minimarket for grocery shopping (e.g. for making sandwiches to take when touring). Bed very good and comfortable, unit is dated but very clean and comfortable. Allowed an early check in and upgraded me,staff friendly and courtieous.

When I asked for a King Size Bed we were given a room with that size bed. Liked that it was at an affordable price. Staff very friendly. Lots of space for 4 adults excellent price good facilities very clean and tidy Good parking close to city and motorway Polite staff. The room was a good size and the room service breakfast was very nice. The staff were very helpful. The heater worked really well. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Centrally located with close access to all major roads out off an in and around the city, beds where comfortable, room facilities where sort of ok, Internet was free and very good signal, was near good resteraunts. I would stay again but only because of its location and the comfortable bed!!. The location was good and within walking distance to the harbour and museums. It was also close to Cuba Street which is the eating and entertainment centre of the city. The room was comfortable and met our needs and we thought it good value for the price. Location to conference, shopping and food outlets. Didn't charge me for internet after I couldn't get on second night. Helpful getting me on the first time. Happy to store bags until conference finished in afternoon. Location was fairly handy to Newtown athletic track and Cuba street shops, hotels,bars,bus route.Room was generally very clean with the exception of the cooking hot plate area.Good T.V. Good new looking mw oven. comfortable for the 6 of us loved the atrium plenty of room,close to city centre good value for money management friendly and helpful. Good location, spacious apartment with lots of room. Ideal for a sports team or large group. Price was reasonable. Ok for one night. Off street free parking. Motel is very well located -we chose this as most readily accessible to Inter islander ferry. Location. We were picked from airport in free shuttle. Staff were friendly & helpful. Disappointed that the photos and reviews reflected what it was when it first opened not as it is currently a tip. Good location. Ecclectic crockery! but everything was there that you needed :-). Level of cleanliness could have been somewhat better. No fresh milk in the fridge, and tv very limited. Had to ask for kitchen things. The pillows were very hard and I had a sore neck in the morning =p. Toilet does not have very good ventlation. Sofa was uncomfortable-only a small problem. The room was not very modern and there was no electric blanket on the single bed. Kitchen crockery seemed odd, mismatched & cups were stained. only 1 knife!. Just a small point, coffee in the room was powdered and we found it undrinkable. Tea and milk was not refreshed for our second night's stay. I'm sure if we had mentioned this to the staff, they would have resolved it, but it was no biggy at all! This was my third stay and I will definitely come back. Pity my Internet didn't work!. Nada a declarar. Hotel needs a makeover and it would appear that the Hotel staff where helpfull but it is apparnet that the management need and staff need a lot more experience and training on running a motel / hotel of this size in a city centre. In room breakfast was a bit hit and miss on what you got each day, depended on who served it. Very dated Shower - very, very hard to turn off. lighting - very poor esp in bathroom, bulb missing in kitchen area Hair dryer - useless - no mirror near it. Pillows - very thin Sheets - didn't look/feel clean first night - creased, not fresh feeling. Cereal bowls too small No larger bowls in kitchen Dishcloth removed, not replace Toilet paper - spare roll not replaced. Not able to use internet night 2. Having to pay for internet. Box of tissues in room would have been nice No hair conditioner. Decor is somewhat dated 1970'S. Shower head/rose was far too low and the mixer was quite difficult/stiff to turn on and off.Bathroom sink plug leaked and would not hold water for a wet shave.No double glazing to keep out road noise.No airconditioning.Dark/black grease/ grime build up at the front of the kitchen cooking hot plates.Room very small.Breakfast dishes far too small for an adults breakfast.Rubbish bin emptied but towels not changed. apartment very unclean in the kitchen food left on shelf oven dirty no way you could cook in it needs new lino. Decor is old and tatty,needs a apruce up not sure if all sheets were clean and had changed. There was insuffient cutlery for two people, the shower recess was not clean. The room was cramped and had a sofa lounge/bed in the corner which was collapsed. The heater didn't work. Noisy from street noise and other occupants. the shower curtain had mould on ity at the bottom and looked like it hadn't been changed in a while. odour in room - just not fresh. bit dated bathroom and kitchen old windows open up too far and a small child could fall out and hurt / kill themselves - should be fixed. Furnishings looked a bit tired. Headboards on beds need plastic taken off. Need new towels. They only had one bar of soap for 5 of us staying. and 3 tubes of shampoo. They Werner put in the bathroom tidily they looked like they were just tossed there. The toilet didn't work. Room did not have a kitchenette as advertised- it did have a microwave ,jug and toaster and basic utensils but no proper storage, sink, or dishwashing materials. Bedding standard was questionable and house keeping was poor. TV was not properly programmed and manager was unable to rectify. Unit smelt, not very clean & could do with a makeover. Very dated. Lady on front desk when booking in was more interested in texting on phone with little on crying behind her. Bathroom had hair in the bath and toilet smelt uriney. Coffee mugs had stains in. Would never go back here and it is definitely not 3 stars, it needs to be reviewed by the motelliers assoc to put it into the right category. Quite dirty,finger marks all over the tv screen & bathroom dirty.Very dated room,ripped carpet & old,stained couch. The motel use to be owned by a family and the facility was looked after as a private home. They use to have home cooked meals served by the daughters. Sorry to see it go down market. A little out of date. Average cleanliness. I guess ok for fees. Shower very hard to turn off. for little more money could have stayed at far better motel, internet gives false sense of value. The fact that the manager was changing his babies dirty nappy on the dining room table. So glad we ate out. The beds were falling apart and very tatty, the state of the bathroom facilities were very poor. This motel deserves a -10 rating if that. Kitchenette poor, microwave but no cooking dishes, could only use bathroom sink for dishes. Shower from upstairs leaking into room. Very noisy. Kitchenette not particularly useful for a family. Service was bad! No cleaning for room, for towels ! except you request!. the reception took police in the room for counting people in the room mktours booked 2 rooms 1 room with 2 adults and room 2 with 3 adult and 1 child. the lady at the reception was very unfreindly,in future i will never take my guest to this hotel.my guest was from malaysia and was VIP client.
