Great value for money. Heated pool real bonus. Clean modern and good location. Fantastic restaurant next door, one of the best meals we have had for a very long time. Great service very friendly service. Will stay their when in Taupo as top preference. 10 out of 10. lovely place to stay, right on the lakefront of lake taupo, michelle and richard our hosts were wonderful, we stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment, enjoyed our stay here, and would definately return, i would recommend this hotel highly.
所有评语 » Coming back to our room each day and it was clean, all amenities restocked. Outdoor heated pool! Service from all staff. Spa pool. Guest laundry. Lake front views. We loved everything about our stay and the service we received. We love the hot pool, the ability to access a gym if we want to and the proximity to the Lake with it's beautiful walkway.Also the staff posted me book I had left behind - wonderful service. Lovely place to stay. OUr hosts were wonderful, even allowing us to book in well before time to help us out. Our 3 night stay was relaxing . Would recommend to all. Thanks again. We liked location, parking, comfortable beds, full kitchen facilities, great sized fridge, microwave. Plenty of towels. Fabulous deck and amazing views. We will be back. Loved the lakeside apartment. Usually have always stayed poolside, This time without the children I chose lakeside and loved it. Lovely apartment with access to Lake Taupo Well equipped kichen area. Just the right distance from Taupo town centre. -very good view, simply walking out from the dinner area can reach the beach -close to the town, quite convenience. Wonderful stay here! My boyfriend and I loved it. Helpful, nice staff and a comfortable, beautiful area!. Very nice, facilities offering much to stay active, pools, exercise, etc. Flexible for late check out. that it was clean, comfortable, well appointed and easy access to the lake and restaurants next door. Friendliness and help above and beyond the call of duty. Looking out on the lake. Friendly staff,upgraded from a single bedroom to twin bedroom for no extra charge. The staff were amazingly friendly, very helpful and the room was fantastic. Great Views of Lake and Mountains. Excellent. Well appointed motel units. The room was beautiful lay out staff great, heated pool. Staff were fantastic. Rooms were very well equipped. Heated swimming pool outside our room. Pool, nearness to Lake and town. the pool absolutely marvelous. friendly staff very clean. Location. All Good. Nothing - u would have to be picky and think hard to find some thing to complain about!. i have no complaints about the hotel at all. There was nothing that we did not like. But next time we will get a room with cooking facilities. At an absolute push, better lighting would be great, expecially in the bedroom. We didn't like leaving. no venting in kitchen for cooking Would benefit from having hooks in bathroom to hang clothes, wet togs etc. -one Wifi account for one room is not enough/convenience as almost everyone will use Wifi at the same time -upon request , extra account was given by a very helpful staff. Wish you had ESPN for outside sports. i would just like a curtain or blind on the front door so the lights from across don't shine in. Kitchen was tiny. No room to do dishes and cook at the same time. It says breakfast was provided but all we got was milk, coffee and tea.. that's not breakfast. we where right outside the private spa and the pump was loud during the night. Little carparks and not designated to any room in particular. could not fault really. Too noisy. Curtains didn't block out enough light. The bed rooms were a bit small.
