  Mike gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and he volunteered to drive us into town one morning. The view from the room is spectacular, facing east into the rising morning sun over the bay.   Chalet Romantica was one of - if not the best B&B we stayed in during our trip to NZ. Inge was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel quite comfortable on our first night in NZ. The location offers a gorgeous view of the Bay of Islands and is walkable to good dining options.   Lovely stay with Wendy and Phil in their fabulous house. Gave us a great welcome and looked after us well - breakfast was excellent too! Location is great, and a lovely clean, comfortable and spacious room. - Super comfy room and amazing home-cooked breakfasts! Love that beach towels were supplied too.
