  A very cool place to stay at the heart of the city! Walking distance to EVERYTHING - shops, meals. We actually had too many options to choice from! Felt very safe there and the place was super clean. Great reception and friendly team. Free WiFi and parking. Definitely would stay there again.   Close to town we just rolled home.Great little Thai restaurant just down the road.Very nice facilities.loved the kitchen and we cooked a couple of times during our stay. The apartment had plenty of space and two decent bathrooms. The living area was upstairs and was spacious enough for us to entertain their friends. It is so handy to the Octagon and in terms of graduation this was ideal.

  The location was perfect as it was close to the Dunedin Northern Cemetery which we wanted to visit , We will be staying at Bella Vista again next year. - The lady who checked me in and delivered the lovely breakfast was superb - very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem at all :) Great Job!

The sound proof doors were excellent never heard a car or truck or any noise at all, once doors was closed. This is the first time I could honestly state, I was able to get a good nights rest in a Motel. Thanks
