315 Riccarton Motel has the best, cleanest and roomiest facilities (clean room, toilets, very, very clean and white towels, kitchen utensils in tip-top condition) but more than the facility are the people running the motel - excellent personal service and accomodation. Even if the free breakfast on weekend is not included in our booking because we did not book directly with them, they pleasantly gave it to us, with a smile! We will definitely go back and will definitely recommend to friends and.
所有评语 » This hotel was so clean...you could eat off the bathroom floor!...really! The nice lady that checked us in (sorry I forgot her name) was so nice and helpful and ordered a taxi for us. The kitchenette was better equipped than many home kitchens. Close to restaurants, bank, grocery store and airport. Convenient to hop on a bus to downtown. We came with a campervan we had till we went to the hotel. The owner gave us the possibility to get all our stuff out of the van to put it in the hotel. After we brought back the campervan she picked us up after a phone call. That was really perfect and nice. The room was nice and clean. The kitchenette was very good. . Cooking facility Spare blanks and bedding items provided Good customer Service and friendly staff. The staff took us to our room and showed us how all the facilities in the room functioned (i.e stove, air con, TV swivel base etc.) The ability to contact reception 24/7 Free Wi-fi internet Free Parking Facilities. the staff are really kind and helpful, although the room is not big, but it has all great functions. the hostess is really, really attentive: give a us a free drive to apex car pick up spot. save us a lot trouble. Thanks!! and it's convenient to do shopping, pak'n save is not far away. everything is just nice. The shuttle service was great and very convenient. This added great value to the trip and saved on taxi fair from the airport. We also found the Internet offered to be of great benefit to searching for what to do each day. In New Zealand complementary internet is not common but was very much appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely pleased to meet me. The studio that I stayed in was designed well and the layout made it feel quite roomy. The chattels were of a high quality and everything you could possibly need was catered for. It was a genuine pleasure to stay there :). The location was great and close to many shops and eateries. Studio room was roomy with lovely facilities. Newish motel with a lovely design. Nice touch that management would come in and turn the heater on so the room would be warm when we came back after a days adventuring. Value for money. The apartment is clean and well kept. Bathroom is clean and powerful showerhead. Fuss-free check in and out process and with supermarket and eateries nearby within walking distance. Great to have complimentary airport transfers too!. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were a little on the small size but plenty big for our needs. Water pressure was fantastic and loved the skylights over the bed and in the bathroom. We had the upper level which was nice for the city view and cool winds, if your more concerned about the luggage then you would prefer the main level next to your car. One Electronic device at a time could be connected to Wi-fi Internet. The door lock was a bit difficult to master, even after I was shown how it worked - but I sorted it out, eventually :) Other than that it is a great place to stay and I will be returning back to 315 Motel Riccarton the next time I go to Christchurch. Can be a bit noisy being on a major road but not that much of a drama. We experienced some noisy guests who slammed doors and yelled loudly late at night...not the fault of the though. Nothing much, perhaps with an oven added it will be completed in facilities!. Room was small but not really a problem as we were passing through. Kind of far from the city center although accessable by bus and not many places to eat close by. Would have preferred a bit more milk for tea and coffee.I could have asked for more and I am sure more would have been supplied. Could have left a note as well. The spa tub is a bit short for a North American body... And with no overflow valve, I was thankful for the floor drain! Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things!!. Busy area which was a shock to the system after our quiet relaxed 5 week holiday. N/A. Bed was a little worn and hard. Location was still a 40 minute walk from train station, but this is a problem with Christchurch after the earthquakes. Small living room. size of the apartment was small, it was to crampt up. nothing. bed was a bit firmer than I like. Room was a little bit small but was warm quiet and in a good location. Spa was a little noisy hard to relax, heard the shower and toilet in the next room quite loudly, otherwise all was good. Nothing. Downstair bathroom is too small, although it is only slightly smaller than the upstair bathroom. Entrance to the unit could be better positioned (eg. to middle of the wall) as the entrance access clashes with the dining table. Not a negative to be found!!. Was very happy with all aspects of our stay. Lack of communication when I asked at booking if we could check in early. I also emailed, no answer. On arrival was told couldn't check in as too early. However we did check in but went away while room was being cleaned. I stayed for a long stay 11 days and the room was too small for that length - it was fine for 2-3 days, but then it became too small...it would have been good to have been recommended a larger room for such a long stay. The bed was uncomfortable, The lighting in the bathroom was poor. The wall may not be very sound proof. Unfortunately the family stayed next to us is extremely inconsiderate and noisy. Other than that, this hotel is superb. On a very busy road.
