It was really clean and nice! The person serving us provided us with a home made muffin on arrival and went out of his way to help us out! Very friendly and much appreciated! Very enjoyable stay. Good service from reception. Location was convenient and we were given a room that was quiet and well back from the road. The room was quite adequate. Friendly staff and lovely clean motel very handy to shops We left a phone charger behind and the lovely staff rang to tell us so we could pick it up.
所有评语 » Delightful staff. Location meant a movie, shopping at the mall, drinks, dinner and breakfast at Drexels were all within walking distance. The room was nice and tidy people were friendly, good value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the location was good. The friendly helpful service. The cleanliness. The spa bath. close to the university and shopping mall very clean. Mandy's fresh muffins on arrival were delicious. great service, very enjoyable stay. close to rugby and mall. Cleanliness. Comfortable. Clean and things work well. Tv in each room and living room. Kitchen utensils clean and prepared well. Friendly helpful staff. Location to malls etc. Nothing. Wifi reception was poor although advertised. The cost was high although on par with other Christchurch accommodation. Sky didnt work on arrival. Bed was slightly too hard and there was a fair bit of road noise. Only two chairs for 3 people when using the table to eat at. rooms very small car parks quite tight. Like all other motels in Christchurch at this time, due to lack of hotels and motels, this one is over priced. small tv No fan. sky tv would like more choice of channels. living area a bit small. Checked in later in the evening and the window was still open so had trouble with mosquitos in room. Neighbours (sounded like Korean or Chinese - couldn't make out) were very noisy and inconsiderate. Talked loudly and noisily until after 1 am. I had to get up at 3:30 am for an international flight. Very frustrating that guests don't think about others. Room mot ready on srrival at noon. Very small and cramped room. I am surprised that the council approved it to be a bedroom. 2 bedrooms but only 2 seaters sofa. Parking is not allocated for each room. I had problem parking at night. Very small 2 bedroom unit. With 4 adults staying there was only 1 2-seater couch in living space with table and chairs occupying most space. Single beds were kid size and not suitable for adults. At $249 per night, overpriced. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were given 2 co joining rooms. Absolutley tiny with no room to move. Credit card had been charged before we arrived.
