  We stayed only 2 nights in Waldorf Stadium apartments hotel in Auckland city while attending the Cliff concert in Vector area which is only 250 m from the Waldorf Stadium. What a great Auckland location. Only 450 m from the railway station that we used to get into Auckland City, 600 m from Queen Street and 400 m from the water front area. The apartment we stayed was v - After a total of 38 hours of travel with 3 minors we arrived at the Waldorf Stadium in Auckland at 8 am wiped and jetlagged. I believe we arrived before our appartment was available but no one noticed that, and we got access to our room. Traditional hotels can be hell when you travel as a family of 5 and wan't to stay in the same room. The appartment at Waldorf solved that problem. We found the place reasonably spacy, very comfortable and ideal for us. And not to forget very reasonably priced. I

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and responsive to every request for assistance (tourist advice, directions, baggage storage, late check out, etc.). You can get to the city quickly and easily without the hassles of parking a car. There is plenty of free parking at the ho - The bed was really comfortable! A massive plus, and the cleanliness overall was brilliant. A few things could have been improved on though. Clean fresh decor, spacious rooms,plenty of storage space. Loved the bathroom size and open layout, with little extra's, great outdoor area for my ground floor suite. No view but out door living area and privacy a surprising bonus! Enjoyed the quiet, lovely location, beautiful views across the harbour. Very pleasant short walk the Bayswater Marina.

  We booked an extra day (prior to our original booking), originally we were not able to book into the same room, however when we arrived lovely staff had arranged another room so that we did not have to book out and back in again.   Upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was exactly what I had booked the bonus being a view out over the city and harbour. Amazing!   Our unit was spacious and clean, the locality quiet, relaxed and situated right next to a wonderful Asian restaurant which we all enjoyed!
