  Services are excellent at this hotel. We stayed here twice to be close to the airport. We had an early morning shuttle scheduled on our return trip and they phoned the room 10 minutes before to confirm that we would be taking the shuttle. The wifi is free if you are in the bar area and we found it very easy to use. Rooms we - The Jet Park is perfect if you are flying out from Auckland. We arrived the afternoon before, took our hire car to the airport and caught the hotel huttle back from the airport to save a rush before our early flight the next day. Our room was comfortable. The staff were really helpful, even down to permitting me to settle our bill part cash, part cash card and part credit card in order to use our nz dollars up prior to departure.
