  When we arrived we couldn't believe how nice it looked, very clean and comfortable. When Greeted by the reception staff we were offered a free drink and some much needed information about Amsterdam. The rooms were newly refurbished and clean.   Great food - I purchased a KPN scratchcard for internet connection over their wlan hotspot, but the website rejected my card details as invalid. The hotel personelle did not charge for the card, which was the proper reaction in my view. Their reaction was prompt, unburocratic and generous. Excellent.
