  It very well serves the purpose. Staying overnight between flights. My flight arrived at Schiphol airport at 22 hours and my connecting flight was the next morning at 08:40 hours. The room was spacious and clean, WiFi was immediately accessible, just scan. - Very friendly and helpful staff.   Great food - I purchased a KPN scratchcard for internet connection over their wlan hotspot, but the website rejected my card details as invalid. The hotel personelle did not charge for the card, which was the proper reaction in my view. Their reaction was prompt, unburocratic and generous. Excellent.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). As there were nine of us, the staff gave us a meeting room in which to change clothes, and the use of a bathroom to wash up, as we were headed to Amsterdam for the day.
