Upon arrival a security deposit EUR 100 is required. This amount will be refunded upon check-out on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. Arrival instructions and contact details are sent by the booking manager of the apartment after a successful prepayment. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
