The cats in the restaurant! The shower. The bed. The nice young men in the reception. Also the women of course! A small but cosy room.
What you call "coffeemilk" in Holland, it destroys all coffee! There is real milk to buy nearby..

Shower was blocked in first room, overflowed. Apartment room had see through toilet door looking out to dining room :) very odd. Kitchen was good, but no pots and pans to cook anything so why have a kitchen?

No one helps you with the luggage when check in/ out. Housekeeping unprofessional, hotel car parking is very far from the hotel. Rooms are not soundproofed

The hotel had good proximity - to the Central Station, to pick up canal trip, trams, and of course the train. The district was very convenient for laundry, restaurants, and shops. The staff was always helpful & friendly. The room was big & comfortable - I would definitely stay there again. Good value.

When I checked in my room was not clean (was used) and than moved me to another room which had lighting issues... The two beds together are not comfortable at all
The staff were friendly and helpful. The adjoined bar/restaurant was excellent with great meals, atmosphere and staff. Situated on a great street and not to far from the train station and other attractions.

Only one key for parking garage which was very not practice since garage was 10 min walk and guests were not always directly returning. Need to get additional keys Really smelled like hash in the hallway. Would therefore really not go their w family or for business Hallway carpet is really stained. Great hotel! Our second stay here, wouldn't go anywhere else since this hotel is very well located in the heart of Amsterdam, has spacious clean rooms with a luxurious bath room and very comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel was very clean and artistic. I opted for the large room which happens to be very roomy. It is located less than 10 minutes away from the central train station. So location wise, it is very conveniently located.
I was surprised that the hotel had parking spaces. Interestingly it is located about 1.5 km away from the hotel and was quite difficult to find it on the first try. The staff had to accompany me to find the parking lot on the second try.

Location is walking distance from central station and easy to find. Great location with plenty of bars and resturants close by. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Overall a great hotel expereince.

My room (in the 4th floor) was rather small even for a single person, breakfast rather expensive and not well-organised (single-dish order, no buffet) for a 4-stars hotel
The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel itself is excellent! The hotel bar is lively and has a great atmosphere!!

Great location, nice street near from city center and nice staff.
We had a few issues with the cleaning times, first of all we arrived to the hotel we had to wait at the bar because the room wasn't clean yet, and second day we came back at night 23:00 and the room hasn't been cleaned, again! However as soon as we told to the receptionist, he came straightway and managed the situation the best way to make us feel comfortable, plus we got some vouchers for breakfast the next morning.

The friendliness of the staff. They were helpful and provided needed information on city attractions and transportation.
WiFi Internet was really bad. No breakfast is provided. They charged a higher rate when I extended my stay one extra day. Infact I was charged twice for the initial stay as displayed on my bill. And then I was charged more then the outlined costs for the additional day.
