  The staff was amazing, incredibly helpful. From the manager to the security guard, all of them were incredibly friendly. We felt super comfortable with them.   We stayed here for 9 nights and were very comfortable the whole time. The bathroom in particular is sparkling clean and there is plenty of ventilation. My kids loved it. Its is very handy to everything in lovely Pokhara. The staff are very friendly but not in-your-face which makes it a very relaxing stay. They offer different options - Staff were very friendly and effecient - on arrival the bedding arrangement was not as we had booked - instantly upgraded to family room for the night and moved to correct room the following morning directly after breakfast. Room size was good - room was clean with a large comfortable bed and amazing views of the mountains. Breakfast - although slightly limited was excellent - staff very attentive.
