  The opinion is based on a previous stay. It's a lovely place, with lovely, well-decorated spaces and plantings. When the staff is organized (and this seems to be a big "if"), and Aziz and some others are working, the experience is great.

  Beautiful place, brilliant location with a view of the koutoubia mosque, also we loved the rooftop terrace with big loungers, it is perfect for relaxing and looking up at the stars!   I liked the lovely staff especially Hamid and Amina who were incredible. I was given a beautiful room in another riad owned by the same people as there was a problem with my potential room.   The traditiinal appearance, comfort.. - It is a very personal and welcoming atmosphere, the Riad is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accomodating (despite language difficulties). The food was delicious.
