The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day. Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable. Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

  We had a wonderful break in Marrakech due largely to the wonderful staff and calm, relaxing atmosphere at Riad Nesma. The Riad was ideally situated for all the hustle and bustle of the city but behind the front door an air of tranquility took over.   A nice reception, where the staff showed us around. We stayed in the budget rooms and were pleasantly surprised. The room was small but fine establishments with comfortable bedding. Wonderful terrace with small area that became our own. There was breakfast ready for us every morning. The breakfast was good and fresh. Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality. He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco.
