An amazing Riad!!
The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day.
Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable.
Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

The Riad was very clean throughout and the location was excellent - around a nice 5 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fna and also very close to a number of other tourist sites.
The staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful in any requests that we had. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday and as a surprise, the staff at the Riad surprised my wife with a cake & flowers on the rooftop along with decorating our room really nicely with rose petals scattered on our bed saying "Happy Birt

Very friendly staff and most had good levels of English speaking, only a couple had limited English but this was not a problem, plenty of staff on hand to help and assist for anything, really nice riad with traditional features, lots of seating areas inside and outside on the roof terrace, 2 different outdoor pools and plenty on sun beds as well. Food in the hotel was good, bar service was good as well offer beer and wine and soft drinks. Breakfast was good and enjoyed this everyday. Standard r

The staff made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and it was all very pretty. The plunge pool was great cooling off in. We went on an excellent excursion to the atlas mountains which was organised by the riad and also good value. They also organised the transfer back to the airport. The driver was very nice.

This place is a little palace, all is beautifull decorated and our room was comfortabel, clean and well cared, there were even bathrobes.
Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality.
He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco.
We didn t used the swimming pool because it was a bit too cold

Riad Puchka is the real deal if you want to experience authentic medina life! It is a bit off the beaten track, in real morroccon living quarters, yet still a comfortable 10 minute walk to the djemnaa square. it is a safe neighbourhood ( we're 2 women travellers)The riad itself has wonderful rooms,-(only 4, which means privacy and quietness) the swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice break from hot summer days.

Lovely Riad, from the moment you walk in, it is an oasis of calm. Such a welcome surprise from the walk to the door through the busy, bustling streets of the Medina. We stayed in Anyssates Suite, was lovely room, traditional but very comfortable.

I found this Ryad amazing. After reading the reviews I was lucky that I got my room in the main building 2nd floor. So the pool was on a level up above.
Room:The room was very very well decorated in proper Moroccan style with wooden furniture. The bed was very comfortable with clean linens.
