  The staff was extremely kind and attentive. They really went beyond the call of duty in making me comfortable. Outstanding service. The riad is beautifully decorated: really stunning in a traditional Moroccan style. It could be hard to find on one's own even though it's not far from the main square. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it. This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

  Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates).   The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet.   Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.
