I would love to say thank you to Said, your special attention, honesty and nice behavior made our trip in Marrakesh really unforgettable. The riad is beautiful and authentic, very quite and Said takes care of everything in a perfect way. he also gave us some advice for the excursion to Ourika Valley and to the desert. So Chiara and I were very happy to have chosen this riad. We also miss the authentic and very good breakfast!.
所有评语 » I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people. I liked the antic side of Morocco, the old Morocco. I loved the history of Morocco and people are very welcomed. I love the conservative life style of the people in Marakech. I will go back often. Great food, great people, great environment for movies and rest. I liked Morocco arts. Salted couscous amazinnnnnnnngggggg. the house is very different and very special. the staff is helpfull and friendly. they answered most of my questions.. the owner christoph, is extrmly of good taste and so his life partner.and love pets. Everything was perfect! Very friendly staff, very clean and beautiful Riad close to the main square. The rooms' decoration is something special that you don't expect and the breakfast delicious!. Service was excellent and helpful. Very adaptive to our needs. Welcomed us with mint tea and cookies. We enjoyed our stay very much!. The Proprietor was pleasant and helpful; we were met with iced tea and biscuits. Breakfast was the same both mornings we stayed; bread and jam, but it was ok. handsome french owner. average quality of breakfast but helpful in terms of helping us to bring luggage to our room and provide hot water upon request. Really quiet place. Quality at a reasonable price. City tax is only 1 Euro/night (others riads take 2-4 Euros per person per night). Excellent location in the medina, not far from the square. Nice staff. Good clean room. Good bed. architecture. Cats everywhere...lol I love cats don't get me wrong but too much. I did not like sweet couscous I had in one of the restaurant. I like my salted couscous. Corridors are too long and a bit scary... lol. the isolation in those small alleys in the medina. the trails to get to the hotel, or leave it , you need always some help. Nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect. A little difficult to find at first, but after the first time, location was excellent!. Difficult to locate on arrival. personnel don't speak a word English. really hard to find it, streets goes to Riad are really tiny and strange ... It is very hard to find because is hidden in the medina. Many people want to guide you there but they want money. Breakfast could be improved. A bit noisy in the evening, but that is nit-picking. Poor wi-fi connection. Like most riads it can be hard to locate at first, but the location was very close to the action. very difficult to find. Best to use a taxi then a local person to carry your luggage as no car can get closer to about 10 min walk to it. But then you are in the centre of the old city. -. Poor location to find. But once found great as near old city. Hard to find but good location close to the square. Breakfast was served quite late. Asked if it was possible for one morning to have an early breakfast but wasn't possible. Then asked if we could have just some bread to go instead of breakfast, also not possible. No fresh towels. Scary dark alleys. We had to hold the shower head when showering as it wasn't connected to the wall. The stairs up to the double bed on the landing were precarious, especially trying to carry a bag up them! We didn't use the stairs up to the terrace as it was raining very very hard (!) but they also looked precarious. There was nowhere for us to dry out our clothes,nor a heater, so they had to drip over the landing stairs. towel is not changed on daily basis. no signboard to the hotel. map provided but too simple compared to actual complicated road. Location certainly is not that marked on letsbookhotel.com. It is a few hundred meters far from the Jamaa El Fna. Impossible to found without the map sent by riad. Hard to find the riad by yourself. Parking is far away. Shower wasn't too strong. difficult to find, dark alleys.
