  If you like quiet,this is the place. Food was better than average. Drinks were amazing. Service was great. View was perfect if you get top floor. - I loved the ambience. It was perfect for our 25th anniversary. Would love to go back.

  We just got back from our trip and stayed at Santa Matia Hotel. We stayed for 7 night. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very freindly. Our room was very large bigger than any one we had when staying at an all inclusive. Very large shower for 2. The room had a microwave 2 burner stove sink and a bar fridge. There are some useful tools in the kitchen, but don't expect cooking, boiling eggs are the most you can do and there is a wine opener and a microwave. For breakfast it is ok, but go dining in the nearby restaurants up the street towards town. There's a big supermarket and a Starbucks opposite the area. Convenient to the beach, but to San Jose town you will need a car or take a local bus ride. Oh, the pool is nice, to
